Today let me introduce to you my mother : )

My mother is not from Toyama, her hometown is Kagawa.

Do you know Kagawa?

It is a smaller than Toyama.

Maybe Kagawa gains fame by the movie “UDON”

Of course my mother loves udon.

She usually says “I don’t care if everyday every meal is udon!!”

In fact, udon-yaki appear on the table frequently than yakisoba at my house.

Lately she found a new udon shop.

She really loves there!!

Every Sunday she wants to go there!!

Every weekend!!!!

I like sunset, so I occasionally loiter around the Jinzu river after school.

This is near my work place. I was impressed with the beauty of the nature. I stopped to take a photo on the crosswalk.

And this photo is on the Kitaoohashi near my house.

The sky is nice and beautiful color, isn’t it?

I hane not ever seen sunrise, I wanna see it.

I also wanna see sunset and sunrise from the horizon.

My hobby is a stroll. I often take my dog for a walk at night or midnight. His name is Riku. He is a Golden retriever, so he is big!! Sometimes Riku jumps on me with excitement. I am fell because his height as tall as me. I cannot hold his weight. He looks very happy when I fall(・ω・*`) He is six years old, but he regards himself as a puppy. So he tries to get on my knee. It is proper that he can not do. Riku duplicates same action which he gets on his forefeet on my knee, but his hind legs can not stay in. Therefore he tries to get on his hind legs priority but his plan also goes wrong. It looks very cute.

This shop is near TCFL. I ate a white cake at left hand. Nowadays I am looking foward to eat a crescent here. The crescent toasts twice a day. I want to eat fresh baked bread, so I plan to go here after school immediately.

I found these cakes on the web. This shop is located in Fujinoki. I have no sense of direction, so I can’t go。・ﾟﾟ･(≧д≦)･ﾟﾟ･｡ Please someone go there for me!!!!!ヮラ

I ate a cheese cake and berry’s parfait. Very sweet and delicious. I did not eat two parfaits. I ate only one!!

 This shop is “well well doughnuts”★

I love this doughnuts because a feeling of eating is softly♪ Although the doughnuts are more higher than Mr. Doughnut, I want to eat again and again. There are many kinds of doughnuts there, so I also enjoy looking and choosing.  There is located near Toyama City Hospital. Although it is far from my home, I want to go!!!!!!

 I went to cafe with my friend on summer vacation. The cafe is located at here.

 I have visited here only lunch time. At lunch time, we can select the pasta lunch or the plate lunch. The pasta lunch is past with soup of the day, favorite drink and salad. We also choose breads or rice. The plate lunch is one big plate in place of pasta. It has same options. After meal, we can add a dessert☆ Just plus 200yen!! It’s wonderful, isn’t it? There are 2 or 3 kinds depending on the day. That day, I ate Crème brûlée. Surface is crisp. It was very delicious. I had little happines☆

　On Monday I went to the cake shop near my house. This shop is my favorite. It is a so small shop. I bought a hole of chiffon cake and a pumpkin pudding. Then I ate the pumpkin pudding, I fellin love with it!! It was very delicious!!So I want to make it myself, I searchsed for a recipe, and I found this one over at the Cookpad website.  I will make it on my free time☆

<Ingredients>

• pumpkin              about 200g
• suger                   40g
• milk                    95～110g
• fresh cream        95～100g
• eggs                   2
• yolk                    1

   -for caramel sauce-

• suger                  50g
• water                  25g 

<recipe>

Ⅰ. Let’s make a caramel sauce★

Put suger and water in a pan. Boil the sauce down until change nice brown color. pour the sauce into a mold when it gets cold.

Ⅱ. Warm pumpkins by a microwave oven and pour it into a blender.

Ⅲ. Warm milk and fresh cream by stove and mix suger.

Ⅳ. Pour Ⅲ into Ⅱand mix.

Ⅴ. Strain Ⅳ.
